Digital Marketing Support Manager (Agency Experience Required)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Paid Media DPH Support Manager with 5+ years of digital marketing experience across paid and organic media, with strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and GA. This role will lead and support Digible’s Paid Media Coordinators in the Philippines, ensuring smooth workflow management, high-quality execution, strong QA, and consistent process adherence.

The ideal candidate has experience mentoring or managing execution-focused teams, providing clear feedback, holding team members accountable, and collaborating across time zones. Agency experience is strongly preferred, while multifamily experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day team performance, coaching and onboarding coordinators, overseeing task allocation, maintaining execution quality across campaign updates, audits, tagging, geo fencing, and platform changes, while partnering closely with Paid Media leadership and Business Operations to improve workflows, resolve blockers, and support scalable team performance.
