ATQLeads is a Go-to-Market Execution Partner built for B2B companies that need more execution capacity without adding the cost, complexity, and rigidity of building every capability in-house.
We help companies turn GTM strategy into execution across growth, marketing, RevOps, systems, automation, data, and revenue operations.
This role requires prior experience marketing within FinTech, financial services, or a closely related B2B financial technology environment.
You should be comfortable creating and managing content for audiences that may include:
You should understand that marketing to financial institutions requires a different level of credibility, precision, industry awareness, and subject-matter fluency than general B2B social media marketing.
You don't need to be a banking expert, but you should be able to quickly understand industry terminology, recognize relevant conversations and trends, and turn complex FinTech topics into compelling content for a professional audience.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is the operator responsible for turning a company's expertise, brand, and community into consistent market visibility and engagement.
For this opportunity, we're specifically looking for someone with experience in the FinTech and financial services ecosystem, with an understanding of audiences such as banks, credit unions, financial institutions, and financial technology companies.
Own the day-to-day execution of social channels across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and others relevant to the client's audience.
This includes:
You understand that a LinkedIn post shouldn't simply be copied onto X or turned into a TikTok script. Each platform has its own distribution mechanics and audience behavior.
Help turn the expertise inside the company into a repeatable thought leadership engine.
You'll manage the pipeline from idea → capture → creation → approval → distribution → repurposing → measurement.
This can include:
Your job is to help create a system, not a collection of disconnected posts.
Build and manage the company's presence within the communities where its audience already spends time.
This includes:
Community management here isn't customer support or replying with generic comments. It's about deliberately building relationships and increasing the company's relevance within its market.
Maximize the value of every piece of content produced.
A single webinar, podcast, interview, report, or executive conversation might become:
You'll help identify which ideas deserve additional distribution and which formats and channels are most appropriate.
The objective is to create content leverage rather than constantly starting from zero.
PR experience is not mandatory, but it is a meaningful advantage.
Depending on the engagement, you may help:
We're particularly interested in candidates who understand how social media, executive thought leadership, community, and earned media reinforce each other.
Audit the client's existing social presence, content library, audience, executive profiles, community activity, and current publishing workflow.
Establish the operating system required to execute consistently: content calendar, thought leadership backlog, approval workflow, publishing cadence, community management process, and baseline performance metrics.
Deliverable: a functioning organic content and community engine with clear ownership, workflows, publishing cadence, and baseline metrics.
Manage the content pipeline and publishing calendar. Coordinate thought leadership production. Publish and distribute content. Engage with the community. Repurpose strong ideas across channels. Monitor conversations and identify new opportunities.
Report on what's working, what's not, and what should change.
Deliverable: consistent multi-channel execution, growing engagement with the target audience, and a healthy pipeline of thought leadership content.
Use performance data and audience feedback to improve the engine.
Identify which topics, formats, platforms, executives, hooks, and content styles generate the strongest engagement and business relevance.
Double down on what works. Eliminate low-value activity. Test new formats and distribution strategies. Identify opportunities to expand into new channels, communities, partnerships, or PR.
Deliverable: increasing organic reach, engagement, audience quality, and thought leadership impact over time.
You'll work closely with GTM Strategists, Growth Marketers, GTM Engineers, company leadership, and other client stakeholders.
You may receive positioning, ICP, and messaging direction from the GTM Strategist, then translate that strategy into ongoing organic execution.
You'll work directly with founders and executives when managing thought leadership programs and may coordinate with designers, video editors, writers, PR partners, and other specialists when required.
Most importantly, you keep the execution moving.
You don't allow the content pipeline to stop because an executive forgot to send a draft or because an idea is sitting somewhere waiting for approval. You proactively manage dependencies and create momentum.
After onboarding, you're expected to generate your own ideas.
You identify:
You don't measure success simply by how many posts were published.
You look at whether the company's visibility, credibility, audience, engagement, and influence within its target market are actually increasing.
