The role involves planning and managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms while handling technical SEO and performance analytics. Additionally, the manager will develop marketing strategies, create client-facing video reports, and utilize marketing automation tools.
This is a remote position.
About the company
A Texas-based digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow their online presence and generate leads. They provide services such as SEO, paid advertising, web design and development, branding, and marketing automation. Their clients are primarily small and mid-sized businesses across a variety of industries.
About the role
They are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to replace their current Digital Marketing Manager, who has been in the role since 2021–2022 and will provide hands-on training during the transition. The role focuses on paid advertising and technical SEO, with additional responsibilities in analytics, reporting, and light video production. This is a strategic, execution-focused position; website design and page building are explicitly out of scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Handle technical SEO: setting up meta tags and descriptions, implementing 301 redirects, and providing strategic content suggestions (e.g., header/footer copy).
Conduct analytics and performance audits; build and deliver monthly client reports.
Develop proposals and marketing strategy recommendations for client accounts.
Produce short, simple client-facing videos (~10 minutes) explaining reports and platform results.
Work within GoHighLevel for marketing automation and client tracking (e.g., form fills).
Join strategic client meetings as needed; day-to-day client relationship ownership stays with Ardent's account managers.
Website design or page building is a plus but not a must
Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience running paid ads on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn — clean, unrestricted access to all platforms' ad managers is required.
Strong analytics and reporting ability — comfortable turning platform data into audits and client-ready insights, not just running campaigns.
Technical SEO experience (implementation-level, not just content strategy).
Proficiency in HighLevel; candidates with deep experience in comparable platforms (HubSpot, Zoho) will also be considered, provided they commit to becoming proficient in HighLevel (training provided by Josh during transition).
Comfortable being on camera or recording screen-share videos for client deliverables.
Confident communicator able to speak to strategy directly in client meetings.
Practical, demonstrated skill is valued over formal credentials or certifications.
Benefits
Salary: $2,000–$3,000 USD / month, based on experience
