How can you make a difference? 

UNICEF Ukraine is seeking an Influencer Marketing Consultant to support communication, advocacy, fundraising, donor visibility, emergency response, youth engagement and social and behaviour change priorities. The consultant will identify, engage and coordinate partnerships with Ukrainian influencers, celebrities, opinion leaders and digital creators to amplify UNICEF messages, expand public outreach and strengthen support for children's rights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a database of influencers, celebrities, content creators and opinion leaders relevant to UNICEF communication priorities.
  • Identifying, assessing and engaging influencer and celebrity partners for UNICEF communication, advocacy, fundraising and social and behaviour change campaigns.
  • Coordinating influencer participation in campaigns, events, media activities, digital activations and high-level visits.
  • Preparing briefing materials, partnership proposals, influencer packages and other communication materials.
  • Coordinating outreach, negotiations and day-to-day communication with influencers and their representatives.
  • Monitoring and reporting on influencer engagement, campaign performance and partnership outcomes, and identifying emerging digital trends and partnership opportunities.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have… 

Minimum requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, Public Relations, Political Science or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years' experience working on influencer marketing, celebrities' engagement and campaign promotion for a digital agency, NGO, private sector company, media outlet or related field. 
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and fundraising activities with high-profile celebrities and opinion leaders.
  • Language Requirements: Ukrainian - Proficient/Native (C2); English - Upper Intermediate (B2).
  • Knowledge/skills: Adept at using a wide range of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, Likee and TikTok; extensive database and experience working with Ukrainian celebrities/bloggers.

Desirables:

  • Previous experience in a creative agency or marketing department of a company.
  • Ability to work quickly and responsively.
  • Cultural sensitivity and valuing diversity.
  • Demonstrates integrity and high ethical standards.
  • Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Fulfils all obligations to gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment.
