Digital Marketing Executive

We’re looking for Marketing Executives who are curious, eager to learn, and excited about building organic content at scale. This role is ideal for junior candidates or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to social media content, performance tracking, and fast-paced execution.

What You’ll Be Crafting

• Support daily organic content execution across social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram).
• Work with Virtual Assistants who handle posting, ensuring correct captions, hashtags, timing, and formats are followed.
• Review scheduled posts to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before and after publishing.
• Assist in preparing content assets (videos, captions, basic edits) under guidance from the Content Lead.
• Monitor content performance such as impressions, engagement, and reach, and support basic reporting.
• Learn to identify trends, viral formats, and hooks to continuously improve content performance.
• Provide feedback and observations to the Content Lead to improve future content output.

Your Superpowers

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram (posting behavior, trends, formats, and basic analytics).
• Comfortable coordinating with Virtual Assistants and following structured posting workflows.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn content and performance-driven marketing.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible with daily execution tasks.

• Open to feedback and able to work in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.
• A keen eye for trends and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.
