The Opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant who leads with AI and delivers with data. You will own digital acquisition performance across multiple channels, build AI-powered operating systems that multiply team output, and spearhead OneDigital’s generative engine optimization (GEO) strategy — ensuring that when buyers, employers, and advisors ask AI models for recommendations in our space, OneDigital is the answer. Traditional SEO got you to the top of a search results page. This role is about getting to the top of the model’s mind.

On Human Judgment: AI handles the volume. You bring the wisdom. At OneDigital, AI tools are built to expand what people can do — not replace what people must decide. This role requires strong human judgment, ethical awareness, and the ability to know when to trust the model and when to override it.
What We Offer
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $115,000 to $120,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
