Our client is providing salon partners with the top products, treatments, and training — putting them in the best position to deliver the results their clients demand.

They are now looking to hire a Digital eCommerce Marketing Manager who will play a crucial part in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to optimize online sales and brand visibility.

Job Responsibilities:

Email Marketing (Klaviyo):

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including EDMs, content plans, and automated customer journeys for retention and engagement.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize email performance metrics to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Meta Ads Management:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.

Shopify Website Management:

  • Collaborate with website developers to manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce platform.
  • Implement UX/UI strategies to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive online sales.
  • Oversee website development projects, including feature enhancements and integrations


  • Previous experience in e-commerce or consumer goods industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM principles.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website development concepts.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and paid advertising (Meta ads).
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
