Full Time
As a Marketing Services Specialist, you will become an integrated part of the Dutch Marketing Services team. You support the delivery of healthcare marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical and medical clients across email, landing pages, postal fulfilment, audience selection and campaign documentation.
The team operates in a highly regulated environment, where quality, traceability and audit readiness are essential. You will help us deliver campaigns accurately, document work properly, communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, and improve the way we work by standardizing and automating repeatable tasks. You will work closely with clients, the local Dutch team, the India-based Center of Excellence, data specialists, postal vendors and commercial colleagues.
Your role is not only to execute tasks, but also to help create more capacity, reduce dependency on individual team members, and build a future-proof Marketing Services operation.
We are looking for two Dutch-speaking colleagues who are accurate, proactive, curious and comfortable working in a structured environment. You enjoy learning new tools, improving processes and contributing to a positive team that is building something meaningful together.
What will you do?:

• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of healthcare marketing campaigns.
• Prepare and validate mailing lists, target group selections and campaign files.
• Coordinate campaign activities across email, landing pages, postal fulfilment and hybrid campaigns.
• Support direct mail and email campaign delivery from briefing to completion.
• Track campaign progress, deadlines, dependencies, approvals and open actions.
• Perform quality checks on campaign files, test emails, landing pages, print proofs and output files.
• Support campaign closure by ensuring approvals, evidence, reporting, returns, bounces and lessons learned are documented.
Audience selection with DeSelect and OneKey
• Build and validate healthcare target audiences in DeSelect, using data from the OneKey database.
• Translate client targeting needs into clear selection criteria.
• Work with fields, filters, counts and exclusion logic.
• Apply relevant stop flags, communication preferences and quality checks.
• Understand Dutch healthcare target groups, including HCP/HCO roles, specialties, care settings, primary care, hospital structures and prescribing influence.
• Document selection logic clearly so it can be explained to clients, colleagues and auditors.
• Help create reusable selection templates and validation checklists.
Digital campaign delivery
• Prepare clear and complete briefings for the India-based Center of Excellence.
• Support the transition from Jira-based briefing to Ask SAM.
• Coordinate and validate Salesforce Marketing Cloud email campaigns and landing pages.
• Review test emails, landing pages, links, personalization, segmentation and approval flows.
• Monitor dissemination, bounces, delivery feedback and campaign reporting.
• Support campaign KPI reporting and help improve how results are shared with clients.
Quality, compliance and audit readiness
• Work according to SOPs, ISO 9001 requirements and internal quality guidelines.
• Ensure campaign documentation is complete, consistent and easy to retrieve.
• Support audit preparation by maintaining evidence files, approval trails, version history and work instructions.
• Help standardize campaign checklists, briefing templates and closure documentation.
• Identify documentation gaps and propose practical improvements.
• Contribute to a “right first time” way of working.
Process improvement and automation
• Identify repetitive manual tasks that can be standardized, simplified or automated.
• Help document current processes and translate them into practical work instructions.
• Support structured briefing, automated evidence capture and reusable campaign templates.
• Maintain an improvement backlog with recurring issues, ideas and quick wins.
• Contribute to the digitalization of Marketing Services operations.
Communication and collaboration
• Maintain clear daily communication with the local Dutch team, CoE, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide proactive updates on campaign progress, risks, blockers and next steps.
• Join operational stand-ups, SLA reviews and quality reviews.
• Escalate risks in time and propose solutions.
• Over time, support selected client communication for campaign status updates, clarification questions and follow-up actions.
This role should be strongest in:

• Accurate, structured and reliable way of working.
• Strong administrative discipline and ability to document work clearly.
• Comfortable working with data, lists, fields, filters and quality checks.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proactive communication style: you raise risks, ask questions and follow up.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude and strong team spirit.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them consistently.

• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical services, B2B marketing or regulated communications.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn or similar campaign tools.
