About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Advisor to manage a portfolio of client accounts within a dynamic digital marketing agency.

This is a client-facing position centered on relationship management, strategic communication, and performance oversight. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clients remain informed, supported, and confident in the progress of their marketing initiatives.

You’ll work closely with internal specialists and project managers to monitor account performance, communicate results clearly, identify potential risks early, and maintain strong client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for a seasoned agency professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates exceptionally well, and can confidently translate marketing performance into clear business value for clients.

Requirements

• 8–9+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, client success, or related client-facing roles
• Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency (required)
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong professional communication skills
• Proven experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, website analytics, and conversion tracking
• Ability to interpret campaign performance and communicate insights through clear, ROI-focused business storytelling
• Strong meeting facilitation and client presentation skills
• Experience working within structured workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in day-to-day marketing workflows
• Excellent organizational skills with strong responsiveness and attention to detail
• Ability to proactively identify issues, communicate solutions, and escalate appropriately
• Availability to work aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management systems
• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with call tracking platforms such as CallRail
• Experience presenting marketing performance through ROI/business storytelling
• Experience supporting client retention, referral generation, or churn prevention initiatives

Benefits

• Compensation: $3,000/monthly (USD)
• Full-time remote position
• 8-hour workdays, totaling approximately 40 hours per week
• Schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
• Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to client retention, successful referrals, and overall company performance
