The DevOps Engineer will manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure support across multiple customer environments. They are responsible for monitoring application health, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software releases.

Role Summary
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own CI/CD, release management, deployment automation, infrastructure support, and application operations across multiple customer environments. The role will focus on improving deployment efficiency, platform reliability, and operational automation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Automate application deployments across multiple customer environments.
Manage Azure App Services, WebJobs, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, SQL Databases, and related Azure resources.
Monitor application health and troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
Implement deployment automation and operational scripts using PowerShell/Bash.
Support release planning, production deployments, and rollback activities.
Work closely with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth software releases.
Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational dashboards.
Drive infrastructure automation and environment standardization.
Participate in production support and incident management.

Required Skills
Azure DevOps Pipelines

CI/CD
PowerShell / Bash scripting
Git
ARM/Bicep/Terraform (preferred)
Monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights
SQL Server fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience managing SaaS applications across multiple customer environments.
Experience with deployment automation at scale.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Exposure to security, compliance, and release governance.
