AI Solution Architect

Our typical engagement is consultancy, discovery, build, and maintenance, with clients from fintech, healthcare, energy and other industries.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-sale and discovery activities (RFI/RFP, project estimations and collaboration on proposals);

• Defining non-functional requirements, quality attributes, and architectural drivers;

• Forward thinking on industry impact from AI innovations, including AI harness company-wide integration

• Building AI first solution such as  multi agent orchestrators, RAG system, AI enabled features

• System designing, architecture documenting, and review. 

• Analyze possible project challenges and constraints including, scope, resources and timing;

• Work with a software development team to ensure a defined architecture compliance;

• Ability of writing proof-of-concepts, and conducting code reviews;

  
  

Hard Skills:

• Ability to plan, manage, and implement an IT strategy;

• AI Harness, and agent orchestrations 

• Ability to suggest technical solutions to address business requirements with technical choice  (e.g. LLM-based solutions and AI Agents, using DevOps, Cloud Services, and new trends)

• Understanding business analysis, project management, and testing techniques;

• Experience with different architectural patterns (Modular Monolith, SOA, Microservices, Event-driven, Serverless, etc);

• Ability to structure and describe data pipelines, data structures, and heterogeneous data sources

• English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced.
  
  

Soft skills:

• Coping with fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects;

• Problem solving and ability to  quick analysis of information, and propose effective solutions;

• Effective participation in bid process with technical presale;

• Client facing presentation and discussion of technical vision

• Result oriented and flexible at changing environments.
  
  

Background:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software architect;

• Work experience with Python and Node.js projects is a plusʼ

• Fintech experience is a strong plus for this position
