Position Description

We are looking for organized, service-minded individuals interested in supporting clients as they research, select, and arrange vacation experiences. This remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating important details, and finding practical solutions to meet different client needs.

As a Destination Coordination Consultant, you will assist travelers throughout the vacation planning process by researching destinations, comparing available services, coordinating requested reservations, and providing helpful information before departure.

The variety of experiences you may assist with includes all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, luxury accommodations, romantic escapes, destination celebrations, group trips, guided tours, and international holidays.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Review incoming vacation inquiries and determine the type of assistance requested
  • Consult with clients to understand their destination interests, preferred dates, budget considerations, and vacation expectations
  • Research potential destinations and identify experiences that align with client priorities
  • Compare accommodations, cruise itineraries, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Evaluate supplier availability, package features, amenities, and applicable reservation conditions
  • Organize research findings and prepare vacation options for client review
  • Communicate recommendations clearly and provide information to support client decisions
  • Assist with arranging selected vacation services through approved supplier platforms
  • Confirm the accuracy of traveler names, dates, accommodations, and requested services
  • Maintain detailed electronic records of client preferences, communications, and reservations
  • Organize booking confirmations, itinerary documents, and important reservation information
  • Track required deposits, payment schedules, and other booking deadlines
  • Follow up on outstanding client decisions and information needed to complete arrangements
  • Communicate relevant reservation updates and preparation details before departure
  • Provide assistance with general questions, standard booking changes, and service-related concerns
  • Maintain awareness of destination developments, supplier promotions, and available vacation products
  • Participate in continued education to improve destination knowledge and coordination skills

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or another qualifying region
