As part of a distributed global team, you will occasionally participate in meetings outside of standard local business hours to ensure synchronous collaboration with our partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

● Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for analytical rigor, ensuring no detail is missed in financial reporting or deal structuring.

● Relentless: You are momentum-driven and results-oriented, always pushing to move deals through the pipeline.

Financial Literacy: Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in US dental M&A deal structures.
