The Demand Generation Manager will own lead generation execution across outbound, nurture, landing page optimization, and organic acquisition channels. They will report on funnel performance and translate data insights into actionable improvements for campaign growth.
What to Expect:
Working at Ampa is a rare chance to help transform global mental health and save millions of lives, a level of impact that demands deep commitment. Success here requires resilience, adaptability, and the discipline to put in long hours. If you thrive in a high-intensity, fast-changing environment and want your work to truly matter, you may do the best work of your life here.
Role Overview:
We're seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own lead generation execution across outbound, nurture, landing page optimization, and organic acquisition (SEO/AEO), with a path into paid acquisition. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and execute against the strategy they set, turning it into running campaigns, tested pages, and a funnel you can read and improve every week.
This is an execution role, not a strategy role, and an individual contributor role, not a people management one. The ideal candidate lives in the tools, is fluent in funnel data, and is energized by building, testing, and tuning channels until they produce. You'll be the person who makes our pipeline grow, and you'll have a direct line of sight from your work to the number of people who get access to treatment.
