Job Description:

Nous recherchons un Délégué Médical (H/F)) Gastro entérologie pour le secteur paca au sein de la Business Unit Immunologie pour un contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI).

ARS : PACA partielle, Rhône Alpes partielle, Languedoc Partielle

VOS MISSIONS

En s’appuyant sur sa connaissance et sa compréhension des enjeux de l’ensemble des acteurs du parcours de soins, le Délégué Médical a pour mission de :

• Assurer la promotion et le bon usage des médicaments placés sous sa responsabilité auprès des professionnels de santé impliqués dans le parcours de soins, dans le respect de la réglementation et des procédures applicables, notamment de la Charte de l’information promotionnelle et de son référentiel.

• Connecter les besoins et les enjeux des acteurs du parcours de soins et l’ensemble des ressources et services de Johnson & Johnson, et s’assurer qu’un retour a été réalisé auprès du professionnel de santé en vue d’améliorer la satisfaction des clients.

• Concevoir et piloter le Plan d’Action Sectoriel (PAS) à partir des objectifs régionaux.

• Développer des projets autour des médicaments avec les acteurs du parcours de soins en collaboration avec tous les acteurs Johnson & Johnson.


Domiciliation sur le secteur obligatoire.

PROFIL REQUIS

• Formation : Diplôme ou carte professionnelle de visiteur médical (équivalence).

• Expérience professionnelle : Expertise confirmée de l’hôpital et de son environnement.

• Connaissance des clients et des établissements dans l’aire thérapeutique.

• Connaissance des médicaments et des environnements associés, en particulier maîtrise des PMR/MARR et du BUM.

• Aptitude à identifier et questionner, dans un environnement complexe, l’ensemble des acteurs d’un parcours de soins sur leurs rôles afin d’identifier leurs besoins.

• Aptitude à entretenir et approfondir une relation de confiance pérenne avec l’ensemble des acteurs de soins en s’adaptant à leurs différents profils.
• Reporting régulier sur la veille concurrentielle créée à partir de son activité sur le terrain ou de ses recherches sur le Web.

• Maîtrise des techniques d’assertivité ; communication en face-à-face, en groupe et à distance.

• Travail en coordination avec de nombreux acteurs internes dans un environnement matriciel et complexe.

• Utilisation des différents outils et canaux de communication mis à sa disposition (PC, iPad, les outils du pack Office, SharePoint, outils de visite à distance…).
•Respect des réglementations en vigueur : DMOS-LAC, PV, AMM, Charte de l’information promotionnelle et son référentiel, réglementation Safe Fleet, règles d'organisation des manifestations.

• Connaissance des indicateurs et des outils d’analyse, et aptitude à les interpréter, notamment pour réaliser un Plan d’Action Sectoriel (PAS).

• Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et force de proposition, notamment dans la gestion des projets dont il a la responsabilité.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€51,800.00 - €84,410.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
