Stark will become the global market leader in premium motorcycles. Building premium motorcycles requires innovation and we need your help to make us succeed
Our mission is to lead the way towards a sustainable motorcycle industry, by reducing plastic and CO2 pollution.
This will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of Performance, Emotion and Design.
Location: North America (fully remote) · Reports to: President North America
The Dealer Network Manager for North America turns prospects (dealers, experience centers, rentals) into signed Stark dealers. You identify the dealers worth having, sell them the Stark concept remotely, negotiate and sign the agreement, and set the dealer up so they can trade from day one. Once the dealer is signed and basic onboarding is complete, you hand the account to the Regional Sales Manager.
This is a full-time dealer acquisition role. You do not carry an existing dealer portfolio and you are not measured on reorders: you are measured on new dealers signed and trading.
Build and prioritise the target dealer list per territory, working from the dealer coverage map (market size, population, distance, competitor locations)
Prospect remotely by phone, email and video, reaching owners and principals directly
Qualify candidates against Stark's dealer criteria before terms are discussed: brands carried, facility, service capability, credit standing and geographic fit
Build a compelling dealer business case that clearly quantifies the financial opportunity based on the existing owner base and active leads in their territory
Agree territory fit with the President North America
Present the terms, finance solutions, onboarding process, opening order and dealer business case, and get approval from Finance before closing the dealer agreement
Confirm state motorcycle and distribution licensing before signing, applying the 60-day rule where a licence is still pending
Complete basic onboarding through the partner portal: accounts and credit terms, B2B portal access, warranty and parts basics, first stocking order, demo and test-ride setup
Introduce new dealers to the Stark programs they join at launch, including Demo Warrior and the in-store ambassador program
Hand the account over to the Regional Sales Manager with a written handover, then step out
Keep the pipeline current in the CRM and report weekly on signings, pipeline and blockers
Feed market and competitor findings back to the responsible Market Analyst
Proven B2B closing experience in powersports, with emphasis on motorcycles (relevant automotive or other dealer/franchise network experience will be considered)
Existing relationships across the North American powersports dealer base
Comfort with high-volume outbound contact by phone and video, day after day
Credibility on the product: able to explain the bike, the technology and the dealer business case without support
Commercial literacy: opening orders, terms, margin, floor plan, stocking levels
Strong communication and negotiation skills, in writing as much as on the phone
Organised and system-disciplined; you keep the CRM current without being chased
Resilience and self-direction: most calls end in a no, and the day is yours to run
Willingness to hand over: the reward is the signing, not keeping the relationship
Fluent English and residence in North America
Knowledge of US state dealer and distribution licensing (preferred)
Access to a passionate product community
A fast-growing company with real momentum
A creative, international team
Competitive compensation package
Direct access to riders and race teams
