Where You'll Make a Difference

• Develop and enhance forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions that improve planning performance and business outcomes.
• Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, market trends, and key business drivers to generate actionable insights.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements by identifying sources of bias and recommending process enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, key performance indicators, and analytical tools that support data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, Information Technology, and external stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Prepare, validate, and analyze large, complex datasets to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management activities.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models that address business needs and improve planning capabilities.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, adoption, and knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, analytical methodologies, and automation opportunities that can drive continuous improvement and long-term business value.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering analytical solutions that generate measurable business value.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience developing and implementing machine learning models in a business environment.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), data management, and data preparation practices.
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting platforms, supply chain planning systems, or advanced analytics technologies.
