The Client 

A clearance service provider that helps businesses move goods smoothly across UK borders. They handle all the paperwork so every shipment is processed accurately and on time. 

The Role  

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property leads submitted by the public. Using a range of websites and online platforms, you will carry out thorough background checks on each property to ensure it meets our internal terms and conditions for potential investment. 

Your Responsibilities

 

• Perform data entry of complex data into a proprietary system (drafting UK import and export customs declarations) 

• Access different UK port systems to link unique consignment & movement references 

• Understand the relationship between data elements 

• Reading and responding to emails 

• Occasional response to inbound calls 

• Maintain and update spreadsheets 

• Maintain and update standing data within the proprietary system 

Your Background

 

• 3-5 years in a role understanding data elements and data  

• Background in logistics or import/export is an advantage 

• Experience in Wordpress is desirable 

• Highly organized with the ability to follow structured guidelines  

• Excellent written and verbal English capability 

• Comfortable answering or making voice calls 

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
