Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking clients with travel-related inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Support clients in making changes to their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and other arrangements.
• Engage with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to resolve any issues that arise during the booking process.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding travel policies, destination insights, and available services.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in the CRM to improve service quality.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction at all times.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends to assist clients effectively and knowledgeably.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
