Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-quality technical support to telecommunications customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex telecommunications queries with speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Greece.
• A strong passion for technology and a genuine interest in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple Danish terms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
