Requirements

• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment in Bulgaria.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-centric mindset suitable for the Customer Support Services industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, as part of a high-performance international team.
• Strong proficiency in English to ensure smooth cross-departmental collaboration.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role is considered an advantage.
