About Daewoo Kaka

Daewoo Kaka is a fully sponsored educational initiative by CX25WW that prepares students from Grades 3–5 for admission into Sainik Schools. Our mission is to identify future leaders early and provide them with academic, leadership, and personality development support regardless of their financial background.

Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and people-oriented individuals to join our outreach team.

As a Customer Success & Sales Operations Officer, your primary responsibility will be creating awareness about the Daewoo Kaka programme, interacting with parents, visiting schools, conducting presentations, and helping eligible families complete the enrolment process.

This is not a pressure sales role. We do not believe in force selling, misleading promises, or unethical sales practices. Your responsibility is to educate, guide, and support parents so they can make the right decision for their child's future.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Meet parents and explain the Daewoo Kaka programme.
  
• Visit schools and educational institutions.
  
• Conduct awareness sessions and programme demonstrations.
  
• Build relationships with school authorities.
  
• Organize parent counselling sessions.
  
• Help parents complete the application and enrolment process.
  
• Coordinate entrance test registrations.
  
• Follow up with interested parents professionally.
  
• Maintain accurate records of meetings and enquiries.
  
• Represent the organisation with professionalism and integrity.
  

Minimum Qualification

• 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
  

Fresh graduates and candidates beginning their careers are encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate in:

• English
  
• Hindi
  
• One local/regional language relevant to the assigned territory
  

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
