The Customer Success Manager will maintain strong client relationships, manage onboarding, and ensure platform adoption. They will also act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to gather feedback and drive product improvements.

What You’ll Do:
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Client onboarding, user training, and post-go-live support
- Monitor customer engagement, adoption, and usage of the platform
- Support customer requests, feedback, and support tickets with internal teams
- Gather customer needs and structure business use cases for Product and Development teams
- Ensure renewal preparation and account health monitoring
- Identify opportunities for customer advocacy, including testimonials, referrals, and case studies
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Provide input and feedback to improve customer experience, workflows, and product usability
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in a Client Manager role
- Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English communication
- Strong analytical storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Proven ability to generate strategic, actionable recommendations
- Experience synthesising diverse data and research sources
- Confidence using AI tools to support efficient, high-quality work
- Excellent client-facing communication and collaboration skills
