The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for nurturing relationships and ensuring customer success. You'll work closely with ML teams to understand their unique challenges and leverage our platform to deliver exceptional value in AI language model training.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer engagements as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of clients' AI strategies and overseeing high-quality data projects to ensure they meet SLAs and goals

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, interfacing with engineering and operations teams to ensure excellent deliverables and timely execution

  • Drive client relationship management by maintaining strong connections, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and acting as the primary point of contact

What We’re Looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success management or project leadership in tech or AI-related fields, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions

  • Resourceful problem-solver with a strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in natural language processing, able to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans

  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical solutions and independently optimizing systems to meet client needs
