As a Customer Success Executive, you'll support the Customer Success Manager in driving retention and growth across our customer base. You'll help manage key day-to-day activities, including renewal preparation and tracking, and identifying upsell opportunities as customers grow their usage of SquaredUp. You'll work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure customers receive the best value from the platform; coordinating renewal paperwork, monitoring account health, and flagging risks or expansion signals early.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the renewals and sales inboxes

· Issue customer licenses

· Follow up with customers throughout the renewals process to ensure timely completion

· Proactively reach out to at-risk customers to support retention

· Support Technical Account Managers with customer check-in emails

· Own onboarding and ongoing check-ins for a subset of our customer base

· Follow up with customers after events to maintain engagement and capture feedback

About you

· Strong organisation and attention to detail

· Good communication skills

· Proactive approach and ability to take ownership of tasks

· Strong customer service skills and empathy

· Collaboration skills - communicating with multiple teams on behalf of customers

· Confident adopting new tools and systems, including Salesforce

Qualification Requirements

· Experience handling admin or process-driven tasks

Desirable

· Exposure to SaaS applications and/or CRM systems
