Customer Success Executive (12 month FTC) *UK Remote*
The Customer Success Executive will support the Customer Success Manager in managing renewals, tracking account health, and identifying upsell opportunities. They will also own onboarding for a subset of customers and maintain engagement through regular check-ins and feedback collection.
