Customer Success Coordinator - Commercial Accounts

JOB SUMMARY

Own the day-to-day success of PODS' largest National and Regional Commercial accounts. As a key sales partner to our Account Executive teams, you'll manage order logistics, coordinate third-party services, oversee invoicing, and proactively hunt for new revenue opportunities — all while building VIP relationships with field management and conducting account reviews that keep our top clients thrilled. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Be the go-to for top accounts: Coordinate every touchpoint from initial request to final pickup — logistics, bulk scheduling, billing, reporting.
• Build vendor partnerships: Work with internal and external partners to expand what we can offer customers and keep every relationship running smoothly.
• Lead national account onboarding: Roll out sales programs, integrate new accounts, and partner with Accounts Receivable to set up billing and discount structures correctly from day one.
• Solve complex problems: Support National and Regional Account Executives on high-stakes orders, seasonal projects, and specialty Salesforce queues that require sharp project management.
• Grow the business: Spot new opportunities within existing accounts, pitch solutions that beat expectations, and flag growth potential to the sales team.
• Stay ahead of the competition: Track competitor strengths and weaknesses and use that intel to strengthen your pitch.
• Deliver standout support: Handle complex escalations and billing questions across every channel, including after-hours when it matters.
• Keep leveling up: Take part in ongoing training to sharpen your skills.
• Engage at the top: Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, tailoring solutions and navigating high-stakes negotiations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience working in a high volume call center or three years in a customer service related environment
• 3-5 years' experience working in a business to business environment preferred
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for up to 8 hours a day; Ability to use hands and fingers to type on a keyboard and use a mouse to navigate; Vision sufficient to view small details on a computer monitor
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day; ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to hear and verbally communicate using a telephone handset and/or connected headset device
