Customer Service Representative – Remote (AI Vending Machines)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and tech-comfortable Customer Service Representative to help customers get set up and onboarded with their AI vending machines.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is confident using computers and remote support tools, and is interested in supporting small business owners as they grow.

You will work directly with customers via video chat and remote tools to guide them through setup, answer questions, and ensure they feel confident using their machines.
