Software Engineer (regular)

Join a team building software that supports the energy transition and tackles real engineering challenges. We’re looking for a mid-level engineer who values code quality, enjoys learning new domains, and wants to grow while working with modern cloud technologies.

Requirements:

• Mid-level commercial experience in software development

• Familiarity with Java 17+ and the Spring ecosystem (Spring / Spring Boot) as the primary technology stack, along with at least one additional technology ecosystem, such as:

  • TypeScript with Node.js

  • C# with .NET / ASP.NET Core

  • Knowledge of the additional technology ecosystem does not need to come from commercial experience; personal projects, open-source contributions, or academic experience are also welcome.

• Knowledge of AWS and serverless/cloud-native architectures

• HTTP protocol knowledge of REST API design

• Knowledge of programming principles and design patterns

• Experience with unit and/or integration testing

• Working knowledge of SQL databases

• Strong English and Polish communication skills (minimum B2), both written and verbal. You'll be working directly with international clients and cross-functional teams, so clear communication is essential

Nice to have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow

• understanding of asynchronous communication and messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, or cloud-native solutions)

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications

• Exposure to Kubernetes

• Experience with NoSQL databases CI/CD pipelines knowledge
