You will lead regional capacity management strategies for Azure, balancing customer demand with infrastructure constraints to ensure reliable cloud outcomes. This involves driving alignment across engineering, supply chain, and sales teams while acting as the Voice of the Customer to influence long-term platform investments.

Overview

Azure’s growth depends on turning infrastructure capacity into reliable customer outcomes—and your leadership can help make that possible across one of the world’s most complex and diverse regions. Within Azure Core, the OneFleet Platform Team enables customers to deploy, scale, and optimize their Azure workloads by shaping customer-centric capacity strategies, supporting healthy regional growth, reducing customer friction, and influencing platform investments. You will join a team that works across engineering, infrastructure, planning, supply chain, sales, and customer success to align Azure capacity with evolving customer demand and deliver a trusted cloud experience at scale.

As a Principal Customer Experience Program Management Manager leading Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Capacity Management, you will own the customer capacity enablement experience across the region and lead a team responsible for translating customer demand, business priorities, and infrastructure constraints into scalable capacity strategies. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your cloud infrastructure and capacity management expertise, strengthen your executive influence across complex global organizations, and develop high-performing leaders while driving regional business transformation at scale. You will operate across organizational boundaries, anticipate emerging customer and business risks, and balance immediate execution with long-term Azure capacity strategy. You will engage with senior executives, strategic customers, product engineering leaders, and operational teams to deliver durable customer and business outcomes.
