CUSTOMER CARE AGENT
The role
As a Customer Care Agent and valued member of our Global Customer Care Team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support. In this role, you will help create an exceptional customer experience by managing inquiries, qualifying requests, processing orders, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
This is a fully remote, home office–based position offering the opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative, and internationally connected organization. You will engage with customers across a wide range of industries and regions while coordinating with global production facilities and cross-functional teams worldwide.
Must be fluent in English as this role will support clients in the US
