Job Title: Custom Sales Specialist

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Objective: This position is responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, securing new contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and budget, and providing solutions; therefore, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other channels.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals.
• Work closely with other departments (construction, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred and/or equivalent work/life experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to read and interpret home plans as well as other construction documents.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Monday through Friday, in-office position from 8am-5pm, with remote capability.
