This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about travel, hospitality, and providing exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel advice.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and offer solutions, aiming for high satisfaction levels.
• Stay informed about the latest travel trends and Booking.com services to provide accurate guidance.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to resolve issues effectively and thoughtfully.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A passion for travel and helping others make the most of their experiences.
