Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Croatian and Slovenian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat channels in a BPO environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-focused approach in line with outsourcing industry standards.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and case details into the relevant CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring full compliance with data management protocols.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors, following established BPO escalation procedures.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client products, services, and policies in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers at all times.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance benchmarks standard within the outsourcing industry.
• Collaborate effectively with team leaders and colleagues across the BPO operation to share knowledge, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive remote working culture.
• Participate actively in ongoing training sessions, product updates, and performance coaching sessions provided by Mercier Consultancy Group and the client.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Croatian (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
• Must speaking Croatian and Slovenian at a professional or native level — bilingual proficiency in both languages is a strict requirement for this position.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre operations, or the BPO/outsourcing industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of customer interactions with professionalism and composure.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable, quiet home working environment to fulfil the requirements of this remote position in Bulgaria.
