CRM Data Specialist

Our client is a well-established U.S.-based manufacturing company specializing in innovative timekeeping, digital communication, safety, and security solutions. With decades of industry experience and customers across the United States, they continue to invest in efficient systems and reliable business data to support growth. They’re looking for a detail-oriented CRM Data Specialist to maintain, clean, and enrich their existing customer and prospect database. You’ll work with Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and other tools to ensure records are accurate, resolve duplicates, research missing information, and support teams with reliable data for their business needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  

• Identify and resolve duplicate records and match incoming information with existing accounts and contacts.
  

• Research missing information and verify contact and company details using reliable external sources.
  

• Update records to reflect changes in contact information, employment, and company status.
  

• Prepare, import, export, and validate data from Excel, CSV files, and other sources.
  

• Use Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools to support data cleanup and standardization, verifying results before updating records.
  

• Support the marketing team by maintaining accurate and reliable CRM data.
  

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel, and Power Apps.
  

• Experience with CRM data maintenance, cleanup, validation, or enrichment.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  

• Ability to research information, identify discrepancies, and resolve duplicate records.
  

• Comfortable using AI tools to streamline repetitive data tasks and verify their outputs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time

Rate: $8/hour
