ROLE OVERVIEW
The Credentialing and Enrollments department is responsible to credential mental healthcare providers employed by LifeStance Health. Through delegated and local processes, the credentialing team ensures that all providers meet the standards set forth by the NCQA. Credentialing Operations exists to provide Credentialing and the larger LifeStance ecosystem with the training, tools, resources, analytics, and system administration required to achieve a high standard of customer service, internally and externally. The touches almost all departments at LifeStance, including the Design Team, IT, Billing, Intake, Clinical, Compliance, Contracting, Legal and Business Development.
COMPENSATION $65,000- $75,000 Annually with potential bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare Salesforce reports and user and leadership dashboards
Ensure data quality
Investigate Cred Ops Support Ticket submissions, manage responses, streamline processes
Create payor rosters and handle change management
Collaborative involvement in managing credentialing software and creating/updating credentialing training resources, workflow and process development, reporting and analytics, plus cross functional initiatives
Meeting facilitation including team Q & As
Understand credentialing coordinator’s responsibility to credential and maintain high quality and accurate information for new and established healthcare providers in a timely manner
Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of operational experience working in a medical services or medical technology industry
2+ years working with Salesforce or Salesforce Health Cloud in an administrator or developer capacity
Bachelor’s degree
Strong customer service experience
Strong communication skills and interest in working collaboratively
Strong computer and software skills required –Power BI, Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, DocuSign, Excel
Process oriented, analytical and forward thinking, creative problem solver
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other various aspects of culture
