About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who has experience in direct response design, strong design skills, and the ability to turn advertising data into creative decisions. You’ll guide creative strategy and produce paid media assets that motivate prospective clients to sign up for representation by our law firm clients, with a particular focus on Meta.
This role extends beyond graphic design. You’ll independently analyze performance, identify what to test next, and explain your recommendations. Working with media buyers, you’ll connect creative decisions to outcomes throughout the acquisition process.

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative strategies for demand generation and direct-response campaigns, translating audience insights and campaign data into concepts, messaging, and test plans.
• Independently analyze campaign, ad set, and ad performance in Meta Ads Manager to identify effective creative, fatigue, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create clear creative briefs, ad copy, hooks, and visual concepts, and design static ads and variations for testing.
• Plan structured tests of messaging, offers, formats, and calls to action. Use findings to recommend which concepts to develop, revise, or retire.
• Collaborate on video and motion concepts, including scripts and storyboards, and adapt creative for TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms as needed.
• Present actionable recommendations, explain the data behind them, and maintain a record of tests and learnings across campaigns.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to support research, ideation, copy development, and production while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Review assets for spelling, clarity, appropriate tone, brand standards, and approved disclaimers before delivery.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, demand generation, or direct-response design, with demonstrated responsibility for strategy and analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager to interpret performance data and make creative recommendations.
• Proven experience designing paid ads intended to generate inquiries and convert prospects into customers or clients.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or comparable tools.
• Experience developing testable hypotheses based on audience motivations and barriers to conversion.
• Ability to make independent recommendations, explain your reasoning, and manage multiple client priorities with close attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools to support creative workflows and a willingness to refine how you use them.
• Ability to manage a Monday.com board or similar project management platform to streamline the creative process and deliver materials efficiently and on time.

Nice to Have

• Experience in legal marketing or another industry where leads move through an intake or sales process before becoming clients.
• Familiarity with CRM reporting and connecting ad performance to customer acquisition outcomes.
