Job Title: Creative Marketing Specialist

Job Type: Full Time | Independent Contractor

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Pacific Standard Time Zone)

Salary: Up to $1,800 USD per month (Dependent with the skills and experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Marketing Strategist with a specialty in social media, poised to elevate our brand through innovative marketing strategies, expert SEO, superior Photoshop skills, and dynamic social media management. This role is designed for a digital savant passionate about crafting narratives, engaging audiences, and driving growth across digital channels in a vibrant, remote-work setting.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of holistic marketing strategies that convey TeamUp's mission to a global audience, with a particular focus on digital channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our branding and business goals.

Social Media Management:

  • Strategize, manage, and grow TeamUp's presence across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Develop and schedule a content calendar that promotes our services, showcases our success stories, and engages with our target audience in meaningful ways.
  • Monitor social media metrics, adapting strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Mastery:

  • Craft and implement an SEO strategy focused on enhancing our online visibility, increasing web traffic, and improving user engagement.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize web pages, and pursue quality backlinking strategies to bolster our SERP rankings.

Graphic Designing:

  • Create compelling, brand-aligned visual content using Photoshop for various digital marketing efforts, including website design, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  • Stay updated on design trends to ensure our visual content remains fresh and engaging.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with substantial expertise in social media strategy, SEO, graphic design, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create visually compelling content.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content for a variety of platforms and audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience working remotely and effectively collaborating across different time zones is preferred.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, passionate about leveraging digital platforms to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their expertise in digital marketing, including successful SEO outcomes, social media engagement strategies, and examples of graphic design work.
