Coupa Integration Architect (Remote, Full-Time)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Coupa Integration Architect for a full-time remote position. This role involves designing and implementing seamless integrations between Coupa and customer ERP systems. You’ll analyze business needs, define technical architecture, collaborate closely with teams, troubleshoot system challenges, and champion continuous improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into robust Coupa-ERP integration solutions
  
• Design system architecture and integration frameworks
  
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
  
• Develop and optimize workflows and automation within Coupa
  
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure effective resolution
  
• Lead efforts in system enhancements and process improvements
  

Qualifications

• Coupa Certified Consultant (mandatory)
  
• 4+ years of experience with Coupa-ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics)
  
• Expertise in Coupa APIs, middleware platforms like AWS and Talend, and data mapping
  
• Proven background in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and enterprise integration best practices
  
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  
• Excellent analytical and debugging capabilities within cloud environments
  
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across business and tech teams
  
• Experience in user adoption, change management, and platform optimization
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  
• Prior exposure to U.S.-based projects preferred
  
• Willingness to work in the U.S. Eastern Time (EST) zone
  
• Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and organizational skills
