Job Description

We are looking for our next Country Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead our local sales organization to great things! In this key role you will have the opportunity to influence employees, business partners and end customers alike, while making sure that our market share in the local cybersecurity landscape keeps growing. If you are a natural-born leader, we want you on our side!

You will be responsible for:

• Lead and grow Check Point business in Saudi Arabia
• Focus on new customer acquisition, growing the channel eco-system through development of enterprise and sales channels, enhancing the performance of the current distributors/VARs and extending the market coverage through additional partners
• Building strong engagement and relationship with clients and business partner by executing go to market strategy, programs and through account mapping and planning
• Managing pipeline generation and accurate forecasting including new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh
• Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team, includes recruiting, on-boarding and training new sales representatives
• Develop Check Point expertise in the market
• Develop local market intelligence and competitive take-out

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant sales experience within the IT industry, preferably within a high growth entrepreneurial environment
• Good business acumen with ability to strategize and plan as well as being hands-on when needed
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the IT security landscape including local insight on competitors, solutions and current trends
• Proven track record in building and leading a diverse high performance sales teams
• Result oriented and action-driven
• Excellent communication skills
• Out of the box thinking
• Experience navigating in dynamic and virtual organizations
