ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Corporate Utilities Engineer will serve as our corporate Subject Matter Expert (SME) for plant utilities across all manufacturing facilities. This senior-level, full-time remote role will be responsible for the strategic oversight, design, maintenance, and optimization of critical plant infrastructure, including water, air, gas, steam, and electricity. As a key technical leader, the ETL will operate with a high degree of independence to identify infrastructure needs, develop capital projects, and present compelling business cases to senior management. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, particularly Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), to ensure compliance with OSHA and electrical safety regulations (including Arc Flash/NFPA 70E).
