Job Summary

The Coordinator II, Sales Support is responsible for coordinating and executing project activities that support Enterprise Accounts and Workforce Solutions initiatives. This role manages projects through the full project lifecycle, including project planning, scope definition, implementation, communication, reporting, and performance measurement. The Coordinator collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions, support business objectives, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise leadership and key stakeholders to support strategic business initiatives and operational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, communications, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes using established project management methodologies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive project communications among internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor project controls, processes, and quality standards.
  • Lead implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and administration of technology systems and business solutions.
  • Support reporting, system functionality, data analysis, and operational performance measurement.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a project management and business operations resource for Enterprise Accounts and Workforce Solutions initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with departmental standards and established procedures.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, business operations, sales support, business analysis, or related experience.

Required Skills

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, and status reporting.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to analyze data, monitor project metrics, and prepare reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, workforce solutions, staffing, healthcare services, or enterprise account support.
  • Experience supporting technology implementations, system enhancements, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and project working sessions.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, project lifecycle management, and change management principles.
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or data analytics.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

    Pay Rate

    $21.00 - $24.75 Hourly

    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

    This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
