Supports partnership and advocacy initiatives by assisting in stakeholder engagement, documentation, event coordination, and administrative tasks. Ensures that collaborations contribute to organizational priorities and are executed with professionalism and integrity.
Assist in developing advocacy materials, presentations, and reports.
Monitor policy developments and provide regular updates to the Manager.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management:
Support stakeholder mapping and maintain accurate records of all engagements.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure full alignment of advocacy activities.
Travel occasionally for partnership meetings and external engagements.
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and stakeholder relationships.
Event & Administrative Support:
Coordinate logistics for forums, consultations, and partnership events.
Prepare and upload monthly recurring budgets, liquidations, and manage other related administrative matters.
Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule when necessary to accommodate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and financial documentation tools.
Flexibility & Mobility:
Willingness to travel occasionally for external engagements.
Willingness to adjust work schedule when required to meet organizational and stakeholder needs.
