The Controller will own the end-to-end finance and accounting function, including financial reporting, internal controls, and cash management. They will also serve as a key leadership team member, overseeing HR administration and providing financial insights to the COO.
One of Pine's portfolio companies is an established, growing technology services business backed by Pine Services Group — a private equity holding company that acquires and operates B2B software and services businesses across approximately 16 portfolio companies. They're looking for a Controller to own the finance and accounting function and serve as a key member of the leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role — equal parts oversight and execution. The successful candidate will report to the COO and be responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and HR administration. This is the right role for a financial leader who wants the ball and is energized by high-growth environments where no two days look the same.
This is a fully remote role reporting to the COO.
