The Contracts Specialist manages the full life cycle of government and commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. They also collaborate with executive leadership to oversee corporate operations and procurement activities.
The Contracts Specialist will be responsible for full life cycle administration of government and commercial contracts and agreements, and corporate business operations. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to create contractual documents in accordance with the FAR and FAA AMS, analyze unique contractual situations, and provide strategies to achieve business goals while minimizing risks. Candidate will also work with executive leadership to manage corporate operations activities.
