Your role at Hostinger
Join the Content team as a Content Experience Specialist. You'll own the CRO roadmap for our blog and tutorials, improve user experience, run experiments, and use data to increase conversions.

Your day-to-day
Own the CRO roadmap for blog and tutorials.
Identify and prioritize conversion opportunities.
Improve layouts, CTAs, page structure, and conversion copy.
Run A/B and multivariate tests.
Analyze test results and document learnings.
Roll out successful experiments.
Work with the Head of Content on roadmap priorities.
Your skills and experience
3+ years of experience in CRO or UX.
Experience working with long-form content.
Strong UX and analytical skills.
Ability to write or guide conversion-focused copy.
Strong prioritization skills.
Nice to have: experience in SEO, SaaS, web hosting, or HTML/CSS.
