We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Contact Center Specialist to join our HR BS .

With you we will:  

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries. 

• Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies. 

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically. 

• Troubleshoot customer complaints or technical issues. 

• Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary. 

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue closure. 

• Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. 

• Maintain detailed logs of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. 

• Update customer profiles and service records accurately. 

• Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores). 

• Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols 

Key requirements:  

• Work experience in customer service, preferably in accounting and/or Contact Center; experience handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries. 

• Education in business administration, communications, accounting, or related fields. 

• Language skills: English — fluent level; local language — fluent level (depending on the market where Contact Center activities are provided). 

• Knowledge of methodologies: customer support processes, complaint resolution, troubleshooting, escalation procedures, and customer satisfaction follow-up. 

• Knowledge of specialized programs: CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools for recording interactions, updating profiles, and maintaining service records. 

• Responsibility, attention to detail, and a high level of self-organization; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols. 

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, accuracy, and efficiency while meeting performance metrics.
