Implementation / Process Manager (ERM Corporate)

In this role, you will act as the key orchestrator for ERM implementations, translating client requirements into structured, scalable, and high-impact solutions. Your core mission is to ensure successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives within our ERM vertical, while driving operational excellence and consistency.

As an Implementation / Process Manager, you will

• Drive and support ERM initiatives, ensuring adherence to project standards and realization of defined business outcomes
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure standardized, best practice-driven processes
• Act as a subject matter expert across processes, projects, and ERM-related solutions
• Provide practical, scalable recommendations aligned with BCD Travel’s operating model, culture, and industry context
• Serve as a key liaison between account teams, regional stakeholders, and project teams
• Identify and implement best practices in customer experience and operational efficiency, both within and beyond the travel industry
• Support cross-functional alignment across Operations, Account Management, Technology, and Finance to deliver successful project outcomes
• Conduct risk assessments and proactively develop mitigation and contingency plans

About you

• Experience in the corporate travel industry at least 2+ years, including agency operations
• Strong understanding of BCD Travel processes, services, and operational frameworks
• Hands-on experience with travel technology (GDS(Amadeus), OBTs, scripts, fulfillment tools, etc.)
• Experience working in a global / matrix organization with cross-cultural stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, both internally and externally
• Proven organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
