About the Role

As a Connector, you’ll be the first voice and first impression of Yokly. You’ll engage prospective clients through thoughtful conversations, guide them through initial questions, and help move them toward meaningful next steps.

This role blends communication, sales, and relationship-building, supported by modern tools like GoHighLevel (GHL) and LinkedIn. You’re not just calling — you’re building connections that drive growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with prospective clients and spark meaningful conversations

  • Schedule discovery calls and consultations for Sales Representatives

  • Maintain clean, organized call logs and follow-up notes in GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Use LinkedIn (Sales Navigator / Helper) to research, engage, and nurture leads

  • Share insights on common questions, objections, and conversation patterns

  • Support outreach and lead engagement through CRM and automation tools

  • Reconnect with unreachable or cold leads through structured outreach

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, or similar roles

  • Working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and LinkedIn outreach tools

  • Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, or calling tools (Salesforce, 3CX, or similar)

  • Experience in sales consulting or outbound outreach is a plus

  • Comfortable working night shifts

  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence

  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Stable wired internet connection with backup

  • Laptop/PC with at least 8GB RAM, Windows 11
