About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our client’s sales team. The primary purpose of this role is to connect with cold and warm leads, effectively qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the Sales Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving lead generation, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, and contributing to the success of their sales efforts.

Fluency in English is a must. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce the agency’s services, and set appointments.

  • Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine it for the agency’s services.

  • Keep detailed records of all interactions, updating the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and appointments.

  • Report on key performance metrics, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.

  • Schedule sales appointments for the Sales Representative, providing all necessary lead information for a successful meeting.

  • Confirm and remind leads about scheduled appointments to minimize no-shows.

  • Outreach and creatively fill calendar, even during slow periods.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals in a sales-driven environment.

  • Basic understanding of SEO.

  • Experience qualifying leads to match the agency's target audience and services.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking follow-ups.

  • Proficiency in managing high-volume outreach while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is required.

Position: Appointment Setter

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: South Africa & Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1600 per month
